My name is Nars Chinthapatla, and I specialize in helping families build wealth and security through smart real estate investments.
Like many of you, I arrived in the United States in the early 2000s as a software engineer. Back then, there wasn't much guidance for newcomers, and I faced many of the same questions about career, security, and financial planning that you might have today.
My journey into real estate began almost by accident. I was curious about investing, so I teamed up with a friend to buy a small property. Within just a few years, I'd purchased four townhomes. The experience was so rewarding that I decided to earn my real estate license and become a full-time realtor.
Over the next five to seven years, I built a portfolio of 20 rental properties. This has given me a stable, secure retirement income — and the freedom to do what I love without worrying about my financial future.
Looking back, I wish someone had guided me sooner. That's why I'm passionate about mentoring others, especially within the Indian community. I understand your concerns about safety, stability, and long-term planning. Most of my clients are dual-income families who, by saving $50,000–$60,000, have been able to start investing in real estate. Over 15 years, these investments pay off for themselves, creating a substantial nest egg and a lasting legacy for your family.
